The nicest thing about the way we raise and process the beef is that you’re getting beef – not water or fat. We had a client who joked with us that our hamburger ruined the finish on her cast iron pan – there was so little fat in it. Plus grass-fed beef tastes like beef – real beef, oh, and the Omega 3s and 6s are in better balance – more CLAs, vitamins and such. Click on the cow for more info.
Grass-fed beef are carbon-neutral – they are eating grass, not grain, so the pH of their rumen stays base and doesn’t become acidic (causing the excess methane and other green house gases).
